Roadrunners Social Media Night Set For Friday

TUCSON, AZ – The Tucson Roadrunners, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes, continue their six-game home stretch this Friday as they welcome the Colorado Eagles for Social Media Night. Faceoff is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. at Tucson Arena.
All week leading up to the game on Friday, Roadrunner fans can engage on the team’s major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) for contests and further information on the evening. Contests will include opportunities for unique fan experiences such as being able to experience warmup from the Roadrunners bench and becoming the celebrity puck dropper for the evening, among others.

Friday the first 1,000 fans inside Tucson Arena will also receive a wearable replica of Roadrunners goaltender Hunter Miska’s mask. Limited edition autographed masks will also be given away throughout the evening on the social platforms as a part of the Social Media Night.

The 23-13-3-1 Tucson Roadrunners are once again led in points by second-year All-Star Kyle Capobianco following another assist from him in Saturday’s contest against Bakersfield.
The third round selection (#63 overall) in the 2015 NHL Draft by the Arizona Coyotes also assisted the AHL’s Western Conference to victory in the All-Star Skills Competition Sunday night by picking up a win for his team in the Inglasco Puck Control Relay and scoring in the MGM Springfield Breakaway Relay.
