HOLIDAY HEAT: Tonight marks the first of eight meetings with the Heat this season, and the first of Stockton’s four scheduled visits to Tucson Arena. The Roadrunners are playing the second of a five-game home stand; they’re coming off of a 5-0 win over the San Diego Gulls Wednesday night. He has registered multiple points in six of his 13 games played with the Roadrunners this season.
STOCKTON'S STALKING: Right behind the Roadrunners, the Heat are situated at second-place in the Pacific Division. “They’re going to be a tough opponent,” Lane Pederson said Friday morning. “If you look at where they’re at in the standings right now, they’re right up there at the top, so this is probably going to be one of our toughest matchups yet, and I think everyone is excited for the opportunity and challenge.
