Coyotes Assign Clendening To Tucson

GLENDALE, ARIZONA – Arizona Coyotes President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Chayka announced today that the Coyotes have assigned defenseman Adam Clendening to the Tucson Roadrunners, the club's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate.
The 25-year-old Clendening has registered 0-2-2 with two penalty minutes (PIM) in five games with the Coyotes this season.
The 6-foot, 196-pound native of Niagara Falls, New York has totalled 4-20-24 and 49 PIM in 86 career NHL games.
Clendening was originally drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the second round (36th overall) of the 2011 Entry Draft.
