Roadrunners to Wear Olympic-Themed Jerseys This Saturday

TUCSON, AZ – The Tucson Roadrunners, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes, will get in the spirit of the 2018 Olympic Winter Games this Saturday night as the team hosts the Chicago Wolves wearing Olympic-themed jerseys presented by News 4 Tucson.
The jerseys will be available to fans in two methods, including an in-game raffle. Raffle tickets, which will be $10 each, can only be purchased on the concourse inside Tucson Arena starting at 5:45 p.m. Saturday. Once a ticket has been purchased, fans will have the option to place it within their “bin” of choosing. Every player on the Roadrunners will have their own “bin” for tickets to be placed in, in effort to win that player’s jersey. All player bins will also be located on the concourse. Winning tickets will be drawn over the course of the third period and announced via the in-arena public address system. Winners do not have to be present to win, however, will have the opportunity to meet the player whose jersey they have won following the game, as well as have a photo taken with them.
Two jerseys, those of captain Andrew Campbell and goaltender Adin Hill, will be also be available in auction format on the DASH Auction App. Both Campbell and Hill will wear multiple jerseys throughout the evening, thus allowing them to be additionally eligible for the in-arena raffle format as well. DASH Auction was first utilized in partnership with the Roadrunners for the club’s Star Wars jerseys, which were auction following the December 23 game. The auction will begin at 12 p.m. on Friday, January 26 and close at 11 p.m. on Saturday, January 27.
