BACK FOR BAKO: Tonight marks the fifth of eight meetings with the Condors this season, and the third of Bakersfield’s four scheduled visits to Tucson Arena. The Roadrunners are playing the first of a four-game home stand; they’re coming off of a 4-2 loss to the San Jose Barracuda Wednesday night. The Condors are playing the third of a four-game road trip; they’re coming off of a 6-0 loss to the San Diego Gulls on Wednesday.
HAVING COMPANY: The Roadrunners have not played a home game since January 27, a span which included the AHL All-Star break and the team’s season-long six-game road trip. With an 11-10-1-0 record on home ice this season, the Roadrunners will look to stay above .500 at Tucson Arena with a win tonight. They are 2-0-0-0 when hosting the Condors this season.
ROARING 20’S: With his assist on Mike Sislo’s first period goal Wednesday night in San Jose, Lawson Crouse became the ninth player on the Roadrunners roster to hit the 20-point mark. The team has benefited from a well-balanced plate of production throughout the season – including their four wins on the recent road trip, which saw 10 different players score a goal and 15 record a point.
PROJECTED LINEUP: The team held an optional morning skate at Tucson Arena ahead of tonight’s game. Per club policy, specifics regarding the team’s lineup will not be published until 5:00 PM this evening.

STROME’S SURPLUS: In four games played against the Condors this season, Dylan Strome has totaled 10 points (4G, 6A). Strome has just three points (1G, 2A) in his last 11 games; can he get back into an offensive groove tonight against Bakersfield?
THE LAST TIME AROUND: In the teams’ previous meeting on December 29 at Bakersfield’s Rabobank Arena, the Roadrunners defeated the Condors in overtime, 5-4. Dylan Strome (2), Nick Merkley, Lane Pederson, and Tyler Gaudet scored for the Roadrunners. Strome netted the overtime-winner :49 into the extra frame. Hunter Miska stopped 36 of the 40 shots he faced in the win.
ON THE DAILY: Laurent Dauphin, with seven points (2G, 5A), and Mike Sislo, with five points (2G, 3A) during the Roadrunners’ six-game road trip, continue to be integral figures in the team’s offense. Dauphin has 13 points (5G, 8A) in 14 games with the Roadrunners; Sislo has points in 16 of Tucson’s last 20 games, accumulating 18 (7G, 11A) during that span.
